This handmade cut coin pendant was made from a Liberian one cent piece. These
coins were minted from 1960 until 1984. They were made of a bronze alloy that is
predominantly copper. The coin is about the same size as an American penny.
The reverse side shows a walking elephant with its trunk raised.
After I completed work on this piece I had it electroplated with 14kt gold by a
