This handmade cut coin pendant was made from a US Massachusetts quarter
minted in 2000. This coin shows a minuteman from the American Revolution
with the outline of the state of Massachusetts in the background. This coin, like all
American quarters minted since 1964, is a clad coin with a core of copper sandwiched
between two layers of nickel-copper alloy.
