This handmade cut coin pendant was made from a French one franc piece. The coin
is made of nickel and is about the same size as an American quarter. It was minted
from 1960 until 2000. The walking lady is reminiscent of the American Walking
Liberty half dollar but is much more lifelike. This walking lady, like the one on the
half dollar, is also a depiction of Liberty.
